        馬浪崗海事所：36年堅(jiān)守，鑄就“大湖衛(wèi)士”豐碑

36年的時(shí)光，在歷史的長河中或許只是短暫一瞬，但對于馬浪崗海事所的工作人員來說，卻是無數(shù)個(gè)日夜的堅(jiān)守與付出。

洪澤湖，這片廣袤的水域，見證了馬浪崗海事所的忠誠與擔(dān)當(dāng)。這里的風(fēng)浪變幻莫測，給過往的船舶和船員帶來了諸多危險(xiǎn)。但無論狂風(fēng)呼嘯還是暴雨傾盆，馬浪崗海事所的工作人員始終嚴(yán)陣以待。

老所長王強(qiáng)，在海事所工作了大半輩子。他熟悉洪澤湖的每一處水域，每一次救援行動(dòng)他都身先士卒。有一次，一艘滿載貨物的商船在湖中遭遇風(fēng)暴，隨時(shí)有沉沒的危險(xiǎn)。王強(qiáng)接到求救信號(hào)后，立刻帶領(lǐng)隊(duì)員們駕著救援船沖進(jìn)風(fēng)浪中。狂風(fēng)掀起的巨浪一次次拍打著救援船，情況十分危急，但他們毫不退縮。經(jīng)過幾個(gè)小時(shí)的緊張救援，終于成功將遇險(xiǎn)船員全部救起。

年輕的隊(duì)員小李，是所里的技術(shù)骨干。他利用先進(jìn)的監(jiān)測設(shè)備，為過往船舶提供準(zhǔn)確的氣象和水文信息，幫助船民提前做好防范措施。他還經(jīng)常登上船舶，為船員們講解安全知識(shí)，手把手地教他們正確使用救生設(shè)備。

36年來，馬浪崗海事所累計(jì)搶救遇險(xiǎn)船舶2萬多艘，搶救遇險(xiǎn)船員 8萬多人次，挽回經(jīng)濟(jì)損失近億元。每年護(hù)佑著20萬艘船舶安全過往洪澤湖。他們用自己的行動(dòng)詮釋著雷鋒精神，成為廣大船民漁民心中的“大湖衛(wèi)士”。

2016年，馬浪崗海事所被命名為第二批全國學(xué)雷鋒示范點(diǎn)，這是對他們多年來無私奉獻(xiàn)的高度認(rèn)可。他們的精神將激勵(lì)更多的人投身到為人民服務(wù)的事業(yè)中，在平凡的崗位上書寫不平凡的篇章。

MaLanggang Maritime Affairs Office: 36 Years of Dedication, Forging the Enduring Monument of "Guardians of the Hongze Lake"

Thirty-six years may be but a blink in the rich tapestry of history, yet for the staff of MaLanggang Maritime Affairs Office, it represents countless days and nights of unwavering commitment and sacrifice.  

Hongze Lake, this vast expanse of water, bears witness to the loyalty and responsibility of MaLanggang Maritime Affairs Office. The unpredictable winds and waves here pose constant dangers to passing vessels and crew. Yet, whether facing howling gales or torrential downpours, the staff remain ever vigilant.  

Veteran Director Wang Qiang has spent most of his life at the office. He knows every corner of Hongze Lake and leads by example in every rescue operation. Once, a cargo ship laden with goods was caught in a storm and left at the risk of sinking. Upon receiving the distress signal, Wang Qiang immediately led his team into the tempest aboard a rescue boat. Ferocious waves battered the vessel relentlessly, creating a perilous situation, but they pressed on. After hours of intense efforts, they successfully rescued all crew members.  

Young team member Xiao Li, the technical linchpin of the office, uses advanced monitoring equipment to provide accurate meteorological and hydrological data to passing ships, helping sailors take preventive measures. He frequently boards vessels to familiarize the crew with safety protocols and demonstrate the proper use of lifesaving equipment.  

Over 36 years, MaLanggang Maritime Affairs Office has rescued over 20,000 vessels and more than 80,000 crew members, averting nearly 100 million yuan in economic losses. They safeguard the safe passage of 200,000 ships annually through Hongze Lake. Their actions embody the Lei Feng Spirit, earning them the title of "Guardians of the Great Lake" among sailors and fishermen.  

In 2016, the office was designated as a National Model Site for the Lei Feng Spirit, a high recognition of their decades of selfless service. Their spirit inspires more people to dedicate themselves to public service, writing extraordinary chapters in ordinary roles.

臺(tái)風(fēng)肆虐時(shí)，大連760研究所搶救國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的黃群、宋月才、姜開斌等工作人員在明知危險(xiǎn)的情況下毅然沖向碼頭。在天災(zāi)面前，他們的第一反應(yīng)是“保護(hù)國家資產(chǎn)”，而非個(gè)人安危，在犧牲前最后一刻，他們?nèi)栽趪L試固定平臺(tái)。幸存者孫遜回憶：“沒人喊撤退，大家想的只有‘保平臺(tái)、保同事’。”這種“以集體利益為先”的奉獻(xiàn)，超越了個(gè)人生死，是雷鋒精神中“把有限的生命投入無限為人民服務(wù)”的極致表達(dá)。黃群調(diào)任大連僅一年多，卻留下5本詳細(xì)的工作筆記；宋月才、姜開斌作為退役軍人，退休后仍重返科研一線，這種“只要國家需要，我必全力以赴”的信念，與雷鋒“做一顆永不生銹的螺絲釘”的精神一脈相承。

這一事件不僅傳承了傳統(tǒng)雷鋒精神，更賦予其新的時(shí)代特質(zhì)。大連760研究所的英雄們證明：雷鋒精神不是歷史標(biāo)本，而是活的基因，它能在科技攻堅(jiān)、國家危難中迸發(fā)新的生命力；每個(gè)人都能成為“新時(shí)代雷鋒”——無論是舉手之勞，還是用專業(yè)知識(shí)守護(hù)國家利益，本質(zhì)都是“將小我融入大我”。正如試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)最終保護(hù)的不僅是設(shè)備，更是中國潛艇技術(shù)的未來；英雄們留下的不僅是事跡，更是一盞指引后來者的精神明燈。這盞燈的名字，就叫雷鋒精神。

Dalian 760 Research Institute’s Rescue of National Key Experimental Platform: Loyalty, Selflessness, Unity, and Self-sacrifice

During a devastating typhoon, staff members Huang Qun, Song Yuecai, Jiang Kaibin, and others from Dalian 760 Research Institute rushed to stabilize a national key experimental platform despite imminent danger. Facing the disaster, their first instinct was to "protect state assets" over personal safety. Survivor Sun Xun recalled, “No one called for retreat. Everyone’s only thought was ‘save the platform, save our colleagues.’” This collective-first devotion transcends individual survival, epitomizing the Lei Feng Spirit of “devoting limited life to limitless service for the people.”  

Huang Qun, who had worked in Dalian for just over a year, left behind five detailed work journals. Song Yuecai and Jiang Kaibin, retired military veterans, returned to the frontlines of research. Their belief—“If the nation needs us, we give our all”—resonates with Lei Feng’s ethos of “being an ever-reliable screw.”  

This event not only carries forward the traditional Lei Feng Spirit but also imbues it with contemporary significance. The heroes of Dalian 760 Research Institute proved that the Lei Feng Spirit is not a historical heritage but a living gene, capable of igniting new vitality in technological challenges and national crises. Everyone can become a “Lei Feng of the new era”—whether through small acts of kindness or using expertise to safeguard national interests, the essence lies in “integrating the self into the collective.” Just as the rescued platform protects not only equipment but also the future of China’s submarine technology, the heroes’ legacy is not merely their deeds but a guiding beacon for future generations. This beacon bears a name: the Lei Feng Spirit!
